Thank you for joining us in person for our 2026 Sesshin at Villa Maria del Mar. We are pleased to invite you to register and pay the fee for your room and board. 

Please read and follow the instructions below.

The cost for a shared double room with meals is $970. 

Please note that the registration fee covers only our direct costs to the venue. As the final step in this registration process, you will be given the opportunity to make a donation for the teachers and to cover the costs to Everyday Zen of organizing the sesshin.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $100 nonrefundable processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before April 13. After April 13, a refund (minus the $100 processing fee) will only be issued if we are able to rebook the space with another guest from the waitlist. Refunds will be processed once the new guest’s payment is confirmed.
If you register with the intention of attending only if a single room is available and are not offered a single room, the $100 processing fee will be waived.

• Single Room Requests: If you requested a single room, the registrars will contact you to upgrade if one has been allocated to you.
