Sesshin 2025: Single Room

Thank you for joining us in person for our 2025 Sesshin at  Villa Maria del Mar in  Santa Cruz. We are pleased to invite you to register and pay the fee for your room and board. Please complete your registration by Sunday, February 20.

Please read and follow the instructions below.

The cost for a single room with meals is $1,230. 

If our Covid Safety team determines that on-site tests for Covid will be necessary for the safety of the group, these will be administered upon arrival at Villa Maria del Mar and you will be asked to cover the cost of the test at that time.

Please note that the registration fee covers only our direct costs to the venue. As the final step in this registration process, you will be given the opportunity to make a donation for the teachers and to cover the costs to Everyday Zen of organizing the sesshin.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if we can rebook your space from the waitlist and are subject to a $100 nonrefundable fee. If we are unable to rebook your space, no refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed after the new guest’s payment is confirmed.

• Room Payment: On the next page, you will pay for your room and board by credit card, PayPal, or check. If paying for multiple people, or for someone else, please provide their names in the “Order notes” field during checkout.
• In-Person Registration Form: After payment, you’ll complete the In-Person Registration Form with essential information for the Inos, Registrars and Work Leader. If you’ve arranged for a roommate, you’ll provide your roommate’s name here.
• Donation: Please consider making a donation to support the teachers and Everyday Zen.
