By practicing loving kindness – Metta – in our lives, we may increase the connection to our heart of compassion, feel stronger and more vibrant, and decrease stressful reflexive reactions to the events of the day.
The practice of Metta also expands our awareness and care for others who are suffering – those who are close to our everyday experience as well as those who live in faraway places.
Every Monday, led by Jaune Evans, we sit together for 30 minutes at 8am sending and receiving loving kindness in a guided meditation. No previous meditation experience is needed. Please join us.
