Sojun Roshi's 'Seeing One Thing Through': A Celebration
The event will substitute SFZC’s usual Saturday Dharma Talk. It will be held in the City Center zendo from 10 to about 11:15 am, and then move to the Conference Center for tea/cookies, conversation, and book signing. It will begin with an introduction by City Center Abiding Abbot Mako, followed by the contributors’ readings of one or more passages from the book, and by their reflections on the making of the book and on some related teachings or life moments of Sojun Roshi.
Sojun Roshi’s Seeing One Thing Through: The Zen Life And Teachings Of Sojun Mel Weitsman will be available for purchase.
