One Day Retreat, led by Norman Fischer
Please join us in person at Green Gulch Farm or on Zoom for this hybrid all-day sitting.
The day begins at 9:00 am (PT) with a brief orientation followed by sitting and walking meditation. Noon service will be followed by a break for a silent lunch. In the afternoon, we return to sitting and walking meditation. The day ends at 4:30.
