Everyday Zen’s 2022-2023 Introductory Precept Class began meeting in December and continues on the first and third Mondays of every month from 4:00 – 5:15pm (PST). The class is led by Jaune Evans, James Flaherty, Mary Ann Sacksteder and John Murray.

Class continues from January through September, meeting on the first and third Mondays of every month from 4:00 – 5:15pm (PST).

Each meeting focuses on an individual Precept we take into our daily lives by coming together for reflection, conversation, and ongoing study. These meetings are for anyone who wishes to make a commitment to regular attendance and participation in the classes.

For class participants:

  • Class webpage: Find the link to the class webpage in the reminder email sent the day before each class meets.
  • Live Syllabus: Find the link to the updated Syllabus on the class webpage.
  • Recordings: Recordings of each class are available to class participants a few days after each class. Find links to the recordings on the Additional Readings & Information page, linked to from the live Syllabus
