   To attend the December All-Day Sitting in-person on December 18:
Because of Covid restrictions, we may need to limit the number of people attending in person. Please register using the registration form linked above.

Special Instructions

In-Person: Following local and state requirements, in-person participants must be fully vaccinated and wear a face-covering throughout the day. In addition, please take a rapid at-home Covid antigen test on the morning of the retreat. Please also bring a box lunch and remember your zafu and zabuton if you use them. Chairs will be available. A light reception will follow the closing ceremony.
