November 2 All-Day Sitting

November 2 @ 9:00 am - 4:30 pm PDT

Hybrid Hybrid Event
One Day Retreat, led by Alan Block

Please join us in person at Green Gulch Farm or online via Zoom for this hybrid All-Day Sitting.

The day begins at 9:00 am (PT) with a brief orientation followed by periods of sitting and walking meditation throughout the day. There will be a service before lunch and a dharma talk in the afternoon, followed by small and large group discussion. The day concludes at 4:30 pm with the Pali refuges.

For those sitting with us at Green Gulch Farm, please arrive at the zendo no later than 8:45 am so that you can store your things, be checked in by the registrars, and settle on your cushion by 8:55 am. Those joining us online are also encouraged to be settled in your seat on Zoom by 8:55 am. We request that everyone joining the All-Day Sitting commit to sitting with us for the entire day. Thank you!
