Everyday Zen’s 19th Annual Practice Period begins with the All-Day Sit and and Shuso Entering Ceremony on Saturday, February 3, and continues through Saturday, April 13, closing with the Shuso Hossenshiki (Dharma Inquiry) and Closing Ceremony.
This will be a hybrid practice period. All events will be offered online through Zoom. Many also include the opportunity to meet in person.
The theme for this Practice Period is “Embracing Zazen” and the study text will be Shunryu Suzuki Roshi’s Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind: Informal Talks on Zen Meditation and Practice. Our Shuso will be Anlor Davin (Mei Kan Gen Shin, Luminous River Manifesting Faith).
